Director Mark Williams heads the Department. Mark qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 and has over fifteen years experience in Private Client matters. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Law Society Probate Section, and the Law Society Property Section; his particular specialisms are Wills and Tax Planning and Probate. He also heads the residential conveyancing department, assisted by Jane Burton and Nicky Pritchard. Department Head Fay Williams qualified as a Solicitor in 1990, and is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). She has particular experience of industrial disease claims, and has recently dealt with major asbestosis claims, successfully recovering significant damages for our clients.
